My entire process with Jacalyn was consistently professional, efficient, and positive. Her communication was timely and organized. Every time I thought I was throwing her too many curveballs (moved from out of state, changed jobs, added an out of state rental income, etc.), I was pleasantly surprised with the ease in which she handled my loan process. She's kind and approachable, which I appreciated as I had many questions throughout the process. Highly recommend Jacalyn!

I came in with high expectations of Jacalyn, which stemmed from great reviews from friends who had worked with her on their first home purchase. All expectations were met. From the start, Jacalyn educated me on the loan process and her entire team was remarkably responsive and communicative responding to my questions. My mother, as guarantor on my loan (and a real estate agent herself), added that she has never worked with a mortgage team as fast, punctual, detailed. and accountable.
Jacalyn worked to ensure we not only had financing for our first home, but the found the best possible financing for our situation. She took the time to ensure we understood all parts of the package. Would highly recommend working with Hallmark.
