Jacalyn was phenomenal. We had heard many horror stories about the process of getting a mortgage, and were prepared for a long, ridiculous, repetitive process. We walked into a process that was super efficient. Jacalyn was always available to answer our questions, and talked us through all of our loan options carefully and slowly, without condensation. No complication we threw at her seemed to phase her. I will be recommending her without reservation to family and friends.

Jacalyn was excellent. The weekly video updates she provided us made it feel very personal. I know she has other clients but, honestly, it felt like we were 1:1, her only clients. You can tell that she had our best interest in mind. The information she provided on our different options helped us to make intelligent decisions in confidence. Her response time each email I sent was literally minutes! I would 110% recommend Hallmark to anyone!
Jacalyn and her team were great to work with. We can't express enough how thankful we are for the time she took to constantly update all of our financial information so that we always knew the costs we were looking at. Not only would she constantly update our numbers but she would also calculate different scenarios for us based on our mortgage options. My greatest concern throughout our home buying process was hidden costs and she make it so that there were no surprises. Thank you so much!
I'm a believer! My wife and I bought a new build because Jacalyn stepped in and made it happen after both the builder's lender failed to perform as well as creative loan programs with other banks. She and her amazing team dove right in, locked everything in up front and smoothed all the wrinkles out for a quick and smooth loan that was best for us!
