Great realtor for first time home buyers. Focuses on the bones and mechanics of the house rather than aesthetics. This helped us be informed buyers and be aware of any maintenance needed on the home. Jacob was the most professional, fastest and engaging agent that I have ever worked with. Not only did he take every precaution when showing houses during COVID, he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and safe. There was an issue with the seller stopping power service the day prior to closing. This then required the main breaker to be shut off before the power could be turned back on.
