Jacob was awesome in the process of buying our new house! He helped through the entire process from locating the property to getting it inspected and the repairs itself! He did many things we wouldnt have expected from a realtor and the process was so easy and enjoyable we wouldnt do it with anyone else when we look back at it.

Jacob Oliver was great to work with. As first time home buyers, he walked us through the process and gave advice throughout the whole time. He made everything very easy and was always available to answer any questions we had. He is highly knowledgeable with every step of the home buying process, from the search to the inspection to the closing. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend Jacob!!

Jacob was great a help from the start when I decided to use Cap Center to assist in finding and settling on a condo in Virginia Beach. He was extremely responsive throughout the process and even had to constantly pull his car over too communicate with me several times. He set up the home inspection with a highly qualified inspector and used his knowledge to guide me through it, while offering welcomed advice. I had never met Jacob but contacted Cap Center because I was interested in their business model for purchasing /real estate agent. Jacob jumped right in and was good to learn about a second home investment and lake property . I was never left hanging or made to feel like my questions were annoying (I ask a lot!). Jacob advocated til the last closing doc was signed , even when the sellers side wasn’t pulling their weight . Would highly recommend and will use Jacob and Cap Center again !

Jacob assisted my husband and myself with buying our new home and selling our old one. He went above an beyond the call of duty for us on numerous occasions. Jacob was AMAZING to work with. He was attentive and checked in regularly as we searched for our new home. He was always professional, but helped us to feel relaxed because he was so competent. Jacob was always very prompt in responding to my calls. He sold my house in 3 days! He priced my home higher than I expected and we got list price, no closing costs and only 1 1/2 % sales commission. You should call Jacob today!
