Jacob was especially helpful and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable in writing the terms of the contract. I found my new home in the time frame I had hoped for, just before Christmas! Jacob did a great job, we did have some difficultly on the loan end, delaying our closing. Jacob was patient and professional. Over all performance on selling and purchasing of the homes were positive.

Jacob was very knowledgeable in the entire home selling process- to include the negotiation, inspection, appraisal, and closing processes. I've used several agents over the years that I've lost contact with through retirement or moving, but felt Jacob was superior- especially in the area of special mortgages with their own special lending requirements as was the case for me. I would say we were pretty difficult to deal with as we really had very few limits as to what we were looking for. Jacob was willing to show us homes over many counties and at all hours. He noticed things that we did not see which helped us choose the home that was best for us. We went through many offers and negotiations as well as a couple of heartbreaks but Jacob remained positive and stood with us as we searched for our "dream home". Jacob was very personable and punctual. Had a great experience. He was very responsive to seeing homes on short notice and we could reach him almost anytime for questions.
Jacob has the “eye” of a contractor and positive level attitude. He enjoys his job and stays in touch with concerns and needs during the process of selling your house. The first meeting we had lasted three hours and I never felt pressure or rushed during the entire time. It was a pleasure working with Jacob.
