I worked with Jacob a Laurie Motley on the sale of my house and it was an awesome experience. Both were knowledgeable about the market, the area and the process. I was particularly impressed with the sales strategy that Jacob recommended that yielded over 40 showings and 10+ offers. Jacob was very professional and always available to help or answer questions. He was very knowledgeable about the construction of the house and any component that we not familiar with. Jacob was extremely professional from start to finish. He made the process of selling my home stress free. Jacob even set up work needed from the inspection for me making the process go smoothly and quickly. Jacob did an excellent job selling my home. Throughout, he gave me honest and realistic feedback as to what to expect along each step of the process. One thing that really impressed me about Jacob was his attention to detail. I used Jacob to sell my current home and purchase another house. At the time of my business dealings with Jacob, he was juggling multiple listings. It impressed me that Jacob could answer my call and remember the property details, the name of my family members, etc. If you use Jacob, give him the reins. He has a lot of knowledge and will not steer you wrong. Thanks, Jacob!
