Jake was helpful anytime I had a question. Overall the process was painless. I like the platform for signing docs electronically, and uploading requested docs, in short, neat and simple. Closing took a little longer than expected, but the rate was terrific (3.125% fixed 30 year). I don't think the long closing time was anyone's fault, more a result of circumstance. It's seems as though everyone is talking about refinancing right now. Happy I was able to get it done. Went from 4.5% to 3.125%
