We got a great rate with very little out of pocket cost. Everything went just as Jake said it would. Any time I did have a question Jake responded quickly with a clear answer. The closing took place at the venue of my choosing which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend working with Jake.

The issues I had closing was not related to Jake's performance. He provided the appropriate level of customer service and communication.. Once the loan was handed over to Yourina Martin was when the issues began. I was lied to 3 times about completion dates of steps required in underwriting to wrap up the loan. It took 46 days for final approval with no explanation. There was 0 communication in regards to the delay unless I initiated. Jake was fine, overall experience was not.
