What made it so great? Minimal closing costs, best rates I could find online, locally, or anywhere, top rate service from First Mortgage Direct and Jake's team! They made the entire process simple via docusign and sending a notary directly to us to close. Jake was a fantastic point guard for the process and I highly recommend him.
