Our loan office Jake Longhta was just awesome, customer friendly, always available and gave excellent advice. Start to finish process was completed via email communication (my preferred method) and not a single call was required. No surprises, No overcharged, No nonsense transaction. Jake Longhta was ALWAYS available, and amazingly responsive to all of my questions. I was at first skeptical because I had not heard of First Mortgage Direct / Solutions and they had quoted me great rates beating out every other lender.  I can't believe it, but we closed with Jake and his team (including Christa) in under 3-weeks.  I'm in cyber security, and I was also very pleased that all of the sensitive document transfers took place over a secure file drop portal and not via email.

Jake did a great job locking in a rate during a highly volatile period where mortgage backed securities were very unstable and low liquidity and we still got the refi done during corona virus instability.
