A large group of us dined here last night. Our waiter was fine to start, but as the meal went on, he was nowhere to be found. I ordered a drink that did not mention anything about being spicy however when I took a sip, it was intolerable. I sent it back immediately. I was charged for it which I do not agree with. Waiters/bus staff left empty plates/glasses on our table all night.
Food took forever to come and my steak was well done when I ordered it medium rare!!

The waiter seemed to be brand new and took forever to get our bill he seemed lost. He also dropped plates and a glass shard flew and hit me on my collar bone. We had to ASK to get new drinks as glass flew onto our table. I would’ve thought a manager would’ve come over after that... I waitressed for 5.5 years, so I always give the benefit of the doubt, but this was a poor experience and I do not need to come back again. First and last time trying jake and joes.
Very slow afternoon. Took us an hour and 30 minutes to get food. Waitress was constantly forgetting things we asked for (2 straws and ketchup). Never checked in with us after we got our food.
Food was awful. This was my second visit and the food experience did not meet expectations compared to first visit. Very inconsistent in food quality. Do not waste ur money.
Rude waitress, took 40 minutes for an order of French fries
My issue is that I reserved out door area. I was told I could have the fire pit. They said no. Can’t seat 8. They had a party of 10 come in and sat there.
We reserved an outside table, and realized quickly that the table was broken. We asked if we could move to another table and were told no due to other reservations- we were offered a table inside, but I was not comfortable eating inside, which was why I reserved an outside table. The other reservation next to us who came after us had a table brought out to them from inside. How come that could not be done for us?
