Service was terrible. Food was served cold, and an order was wrong. The drinks were really late. The bar was backed up, but even a coke and water took 30 mins. Server was seen chatting with an other table for 15 minutes. Our table had 3 people that work for other corporate chain restaurants, and were horrified with service and bar staff. Also, we requested not high tops because it was a celebration for a college graduation, but there we were right in the middle of the high tops in the bar side.
There were bugs (15-20 alive bugs and many eggs) in my lettuce. The manager didn’t care… he still gave us the bill and just took my meal off of it. We only had 2 beers and one other meal. He should’ve comped the entire thing…
Food is mediocre at best and absolutely overpriced. $21 for what amounts to be 12 chicken nuggets? Give me a break. The service is no good and every time I leave I feel like I got ripped off. Avoid this place. Mick Morgan’s across the street is 1,000 times better and you never leave irritated.
They were able to accommodate party of 10 day I made reservation which was great. Now the bad - I was host to my family visiting from the North Shore. I picked Jake and Joe's to eat because they are normally good with service and have decent food. Not this time. Our server forgot to put in an order so one of our family members was without food. Chicken chipotle wrap fell apart - terrible to hold
Simple, don't go. Crap for food, crappy waitress who dumped and ran. Warm draft, terrible drink, bad
Took my son out for dinner. Waitress was good. Took forever in between appetizers and meal. Meal came and my sons burger was bright pink, barely cooked. Waitress got mgr and she was appalled. She ended up giving us credit for that and a meal to go for him. Not a great night out with my son.
Quality of the food has gone down
The food were large portions but over salted and was frankly not good. The atmosphere was nice and not alot of people, food came out fast and looked good but was very deceiving. We are excited to try this restaurant but was let down by the food.
