The food were large portions but over salted and was frankly not good. The atmosphere was nice and not alot of people, food came out fast and looked good but was very deceiving. We are excited to try this restaurant but was let down by the food.

Made a reservation for me, my wife snd our two young granddaughters. Everything seemed fine until a table for 14 or more was setup near our booth. Our food had been ordered. When the food arrived, delivered by kitchen help, we realized we had no utensils. We waited for our waitress, she did not attend to us for the rest of the evening as she now seemed dedicated to the large group near us, not even eye contact. The food was either undercooked or over cooked. Had no flavor and the waiter was not attentive at all. They had us sitting in a booth when we requested a table they gave an attitude and said why. When we explained one of the people in the party was injured and could not slide into a booth they said fine and wanted us some where else. Where we asked if we could sit outside we were left out there for about 20 minutes before someone came out to greet us. Mind you the restaurant was not busy at all.
I told the waitress it was my daughter’s birthday upon arrival. At first the service was great . She took our orders and came back shortly after receiving our meals to ask if everything was ok. That was the last we saw of her . 25 min went by as we sat plates empty no waitress in sight . I finally pulled a passing server aside and asked if she left for the night ! Ordered a JJ Deluxe burger and got a plain burger. Waitress did not seem too worried about it and it was never made right. Chicken wings seemed like they had been cooked day before and reheated. Disappointing. Not awful. But I do not plan on going back.
When they say, "would you like ketchup?" Deliver ketchup, dont go take 2 other orders deliver 2 other tables drinks then come ask me How im doing when half my fries are gone and I still don't have ketchup.
I really wanted to like this place. It looked nice, fun and inviting. The staff were very polite, but the service was extremely slow for a place that wasn't busy. As for the food, it was ok. Not goo, but ok. I went twice and had the same experience both times.
Wrong drink delivered. Replacement took more than 10 Minutes. . Waiter never cleared a plate Or empty glass entire evening . Ordered a burger to go for our son and after 32 minutes it was delivered to our table — cold. Not a good night very disappointing after a long work week.
