The food is always great at the Waltham Jake and Joe's. The service is always problematic. Either the server is distracted, new or overwhelmed, there is always an issue. Last night the Rewards feature of the Jake and Joe's App was not working? So this slowed everything down and was never resolved. Frustrating

Great sports bar with all major events on big screen TVs. Beer selection is ok, not great. Food was ok but our server Olivia was outstanding. She was very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Well done.

ALWAYS love our experience at Jake n Joe’s. The food is great (very underrated). My latest favs are the ribs, the salmon, & my go to’s …….buffalo mac & cheese, Philly steak & cheese, and of course Chicken Parm. My wife & friends love the tacos. The waitstaff & managers are the absolute best, & the atmosphere is right up my ally. Keep it rolling‼️💙👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I had requested standard table for birthday party on line, but when we got there it was hightop. Someone in party had knee surgery and couldn't do high top. They were helpful and switched things up quickly. Great service.
