The food was tremendous, as usual. Our Server was Terrific! She was attentive, affable and responsive. The ambience is always just right. A mix of sports, music and people watching. Great night. Thanks

The food is always great at the Waltham Jake and Joe's. The service is always problematic. Either the server is distracted, new or overwhelmed, there is always an issue. Last night the Rewards feature of the Jake and Joe's App was not working? So this slowed everything down and was never resolved. Frustrating

Great sports bar with all major events on big screen TVs. Beer selection is ok, not great. Food was ok but our server Olivia was outstanding. She was very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Well done.
