Repair successful. Repair successful. Tried repair kit with O-rings and had no effect on leak. Purchased entire unit to replace leaking valve. Removed all of the screws, pulled the valve from housing (making note of the position and installed it into existing housing. Works perfectly.

So far, the best pool valve I've ever used. This was recommended by my local pool store whom I respect and trust but would rather not pay the added markup unless I'm in a hurry. This valve is very good quality. The mechanism is smooth and sure. It replaced a Pentair valve that never was easy to turn, leaked internally and had to be rebuilt twice in 10 years. I'm hoping for better longevity with this valve.
