I liked the way it preformed so much I bought one of these several months ago to replace a defective Ortega valve in my pool system. I liked the way it preformed so much, I bought this 2nd one to replace the other valve that was not defective, but didn't work as well as this one did.
Great product, amazing price. Look it is a valve...but if this is the one you need, the price was half of what I would have paid at the local pool store chain. Great working product.

Highly recommended for grey water shower diversion use. I needed a 3-way valve for use in a non-pressurized grey water system, and the Jandy 4717 is the perfect solution. The top plate with handle can be removed by pulling the screws, and rotated to set the input to either the side port (default) or top port (which I needed). The shower water enters at the top, and can be sent to the grey water output via the side port, or the existing sewer line via the bottom port.
