Highly recommended for grey water shower diversion use. I needed a 3-way valve for use in a non-pressurized grey water system, and the Jandy 4717 is the perfect solution. The top plate with handle can be removed by pulling the screws, and rotated to set the input to either the side port (default) or top port (which I needed). The shower water enters at the top, and can be sent to the grey water output via the side port, or the existing sewer line via the bottom port. The Valve is great but the inlet is in the wrong place and ... The Valve is great but the inlet is in the wrong place and most ads don't show where the inlet is located, needed the inlet to be on the left if holding the center port straight away.
