Working with Jason didn't feel like I was working with someone who just wanted to "get it over with" and move on. Jason really made me feel like I was cared about as an individual. Especially during the uncertain times of COVID-19, Jason went the extra mile in navigating the unknown waters which eased my wife and I's biggest concerns throughout the process. Jason also was extremely proactive in communication, I never had to reach out to him because he was always contacting me and one step ahead.
