The most important part of our process was getting approved. That's what Jason excelled in. He gave us structured and good advice to follow in order to get our debt down, our scores up and in a position to be approved. Even though we got hit with a curveball when our loan had to change, it ended up being a blessing in the long run as we didn't expect to qualify for a standard FHA loan and also receive an incredible interest rate that made our mortgage easy. We are appreciative for all of that.
