Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was through and worked closely with me to be sure I understood the process. He walked me through the filing of all paper work electronically, answered all my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. He made himself available by email and giving me his cell phone number. My inquires were always answered promptly. He made the process simple and took an sincere interest in helping me with a process that seemed quite daunting at first.

I went to Jason with a complicated dream to own my own home while also owning a rental property. He was able to bring my dream to a reality. He never hesitated to take on my unique situation and he worked until he made it happen. My family is now spending our first holiday season in our new home and we couldn’t be happier. I must point out first, that I used Jason one other time before. Actually, it was last year when I refinanced my condo. That right there shows how awesome Jason is at doing what he does best! This time around, I used Jason to get a mortgage for a house that I bought. Jason has kept me informed from beginning to end. Even with a week before my closing, an issue came up that wasn't even something that he had to take care of. Processes was smooth and easy! Great communication thruout whole process and having a local lender with whom you can easily text with and get essentially instant responses... it just doesn’t get better. He took care of me and I’m sure he will take care of you! Great lender!
