Being a first-time home buyer, I was completely clueless as to what to expect throughout this process. Jason was recommended to me by my real estate broker, and he did not disappoint. He contacted me within a day, I was pre-approved for my loan within 2 days, and went ahead to closing the house within 45 days. Jason was upfront with me about all the costs and answered all my questions. I expected this experience to be pretty scary and stressful, but Jason was an easy going person to work with.
Jason was such a joy to work with! All my questions were answered no matter how small or what time it was. Jason made me feel secure in going through this big financial process.
As a single mom the prospect of even getting approved for a mortgage is daunting. Jason funny and personable, listens attentively and patiently to all concerns and needs, answers all questions, is available at all times, and has delivered a loan thats exactly what I can afford. He went above and beyond his duty as a broker, offering many pearls of advise. His patience and clarity inspired such ease and confidence. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Very easy to work with and very helpful. Went out of his way to help. We purchased a seasonal cottage and Jason understood the special requirements and had what was needed to finance a seasonal cottage.
I am still in the process of purchasing a short sale home and as with any home buying experience there are a lot of moving parts and a lot of players to make the closing happen. That being said, Jason has been by far the MOST helpful person in this painstaking process. He is extremely diligent and will answer any question you ask to the very best of his ability.
