I've worked with Jeanne Rackers and On Q in the past and was more than happy with the results. I'm amazed that my first experience could be improved on, but it has. The process this time is moving fast, my questions are answered quickly and in several cases even anticipated prior to me asking. Jeanne and On Q have provided the information/tools to assist me in gathering the information I needed to have available for them. My first experience with the On Q team was good...this second time is even better!

Jeanne was a grinder rather than a salesperson and I appreciated that; constant communication about relevant issues which I appreciate; She did what she said she was going to do, and in today's society that really means something! Great experience.

Jeanne walked me through the process of my refinance and was always available to answer my questions. I had issues getting my payoff information my previous lenders but Jeanne checked in with me everyday and helped me with who to contact to get the information we needed. The whole team was nice and so helpful during the whole process. I will definitely recommend Jeanne to my friends and family!

Jeanne and team helped us with our refinance. I was dreading going through the process but Jeanne took the time to walk through each step with me and explain everything. She was always available to answer my questions via phone or email. On Q also has an app that was very easy to use and also keeps you informed of which step you're in and what's coming next. The process was pretty quick and easy. The entire team was nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Jeanne and team!
