This refinance was great. The team was extremely helpful when the IRS put up a huge roadblock in sending a tax transcript, which was no fault of the OnQ folks who were patiently helping me navigate the unnecessary lack of customer service on the part of the IRS. They never gave up and tried to find alternate ways to get the information and once it was provided, it took a very short time to go to closing. I thank all of them for their diligence and patience.
