Right from the beginning Jeanne walked us through what we had to submit for loan process. Even when I was stumped on how to upload documents etc.! She was very patient and understanding. I had a very difficult loan to process, and honestly it was nearly impossible to get it finalized. The only reason I was able to secure the loan and purchase my home was because of Jeanne‘s diligent, determined, and quick nature. She went beyond the expectation to help me out.
