I just refinanced, and although the process took longer than anticipated because of COVID, I was extremely pleased with how in the loop Jeanette and her team kept me. Any time I had a question (which I had a lot of!) in regards to the paperwork I needed to sign or otherwise they were very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel like just another client. As a first time home buyer, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Jeannette Hartmann and her team. They did an amazing, fabulous job in getting my mortgage loan in the Escrow period for my sweet 2 bedrooms 1 bath condo in Lake Forest. Jeanette and her team were great. Good communication. The rating is a 4 star due to the length of the process- which is a reflection of COVID climate. Under normal circumstances I am certain this lender would have a 5 star rating. I will definitely be working with her in the future.

Jeannette and her team assisted me with my home loan during the purchase of a new construction residence. Initially, the builder required me to utilize their preferred lender, who ultimately was able to obtain approval. However, the entire process played out over the course of about 6 months. Once I received word of the approval, I was advised I was going to need an additional $20K to close.
