Jeanette Hartman and her staff at American Pacific mortgage, went above and beyond my expectations for my cash out refinance loan! They worked with me on my low credit score, getting me a low interest rate and made the the entire loan process very easy. She and her staff have excellent lines of communication, keeping me up to date every step of the way! My husband and I are so happy with the amazing service that we received from Jeanette and her team! Jeanette is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as is her team. They all worked very hard to get us everything we needed throughout our house buying process. My real estate broker was so pleased with how quickly Jeanette and her team provided necessary documentation. Jeannette and her team were exceptional. Jeannette and the team at American Pacific Mortgage Rock! We did a refi of our house in California and a purchase of a second home in Logan, Utah and working with Jeannette and her team was a real joy. What can we say about Jeannette, she was simply wonderful. Her and her team (esp. Crystal) were professional, courteous and knowledgable. I definitely recommend American Pacific Mortgage. As a first time home buyer I was expecting to be overwhelmed with paperwork and complicated documents, but Jeannette and her team made it a smoothe ride. Everyone in the office is super helpful, responsive and most importantly, explained the process and patiently answered every question and concern I had.
