Jeff's team is truly exceptional. I've worked with them over several years for multiple refinances. They are fast, processing documents quickly and answering questions as soon as I ask them via email, phone and text. I had purchased a house back in 2016 with Guaranteed Rate with at the time was a great rate. My main contact (Jeffrey Bochsler) had mentioned that he would put me on a "watch list" so if rates came down enough to make it worth looking at, he would contact me to possible re-fi.
