So my wife and I just finished the refinance of our home loan with Jeff and his Guaranteed Rate team. I must mention this is our 3rd refi with these folks. I can't even begin to explain how helpful Jeff and his team were in our recent home purchase!! I wish I had found him a year ago when we purchased our first home. Jeff's team is truly exceptional. I've worked with them over several years for multiple refinances. They are fast, processing documents quickly and answering questions as soon as I ask them via email, phone and text. They are knowledgeable and accurate, they know exactly what they are talking about and they understand the loan process and products very well. I had purchased a house back in 2016 with Guaranteed Rate with at the time was a great rate. My main contact (Jeffrey Bochsler) had mentioned that he would put me on a "watch list" so if rates came down enough to make it worth looking at, he would contact me to possible re-fi.
