He is honest, hard working, highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable and just an all around enjoyable person. Jeff and his team went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase process. He always answered my calls or promptly returned my calls when I had questions. He was able to explain every step in a manner that I could understand. Jeff and his team are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. So my wife and I just finished the refinance of our home loan with Jeff and his Guaranteed Rate team. I must mention this is our 3rd refi with these folks. What can I say, Jeff is the best in the business. I can't even begin to explain how helpful Jeff and his team were in our recent home purchase!! I wish I had found him a year ago when we purchased our first home. First, Jeff is the most responsive lender I've worked with (and we definitely shopped around). He/his team respond to emails and calls SO quickly - which is so helpful during the whole process. Jeff's team is truly exceptional. I've worked with them over several years for multiple refinances. They are fast, processing documents quickly and answering questions as soon as I ask them via email, phone and text. They are knowledgeable and accurate, they know exactly what they are talking about and they understand the loan process and products very well.
