I would highly recommend Jeff and his team from Guaranteed Rate! They were so helpful every step of the way through our refi process. I really felt like they were working for us and on our side, and that we were not just a number in their book. Great personal touch, communication, and service. Their communication and update through the process was very thorough, and whenever I had any questions they helped me right away and put my mind at ease. 5 Stars!

I had purchased a house back in 2016 with Guaranteed Rate with at the time was a great rate. My main contact (Jeffrey Bochsler) had mentioned that he would put me on a "watch list" so if rates came down enough to make it worth looking at, he would contact me to possible re-fi. Well who would had thought that it happened. Rates below 3%!! Jeff was super proactive as he reached out to inform us it was a good time to refi. Jeff and his team had great email communication throughout the transaction. They have an easy-to use portal to upload our documents and kept us informed of where we were at in the process. They personally called us for friendly reminders of what we needed to complete.
