Jeff was super proactive as he reached out to inform us it was a good time to refi. Jeff and his team had great email communication throughout the transaction. They have an easy-to use portal to upload our documents and kept us informed of where we were at in the process. They personally called us for friendly reminders of what we needed to complete.
