Being new to the area to I was referred to Dr. Tibbs. Dr. Tibbs and his staff were very pleasant and attentive. I have a long history with dentists, so I am very thorough in finding the right fit for me. One other very positive note, which I consider the most important, was the sterile and clean environment. Overall my first experience was very impressive.
My first visit was wonderful! I have never had a more thorough, interactive visit. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional, caring and actually listened to what I had to say. So often in the past I have felt like I am a part of an assembly line of patients. This is not the case at Dr. Tibbs office. The receptionist, Donna, was so helpful and accommodating. So often I have found that receptionists in doctors' offices are rude and abrupt. I wish there were more people like Donna in that critical position tha... read more
Although I'm only starting treatment for some problems with my mouth, I was very impressed with the entire staff! They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. While I'm not looking forward to all that is to come, I know the experience will be made as painless and pleasant as possible.

Best dentist I have ever been to! I have been going to Dr. Tibbs office for over 10 years and have never had an unpleasant experience. You always get the feeling that he and his staff genuinely care about their patients.
