Dr. Tibbs and his wonderful assistant were very diligent and understanding. I can not remember the assistant's name but she has the most calming voice and a positive attitude that made me very comfortable. She has a nice accent that relaxed me.
Very understanding dentist who takes his time to truly listen and do what's best for the patient.
Nice, clean office and great people
Experience was great--- just switched both of my elementary aged sons to this practice as well. My youngest has been to the dentist regularly since he was 3; this was the first positive experience we have had--- super glad I switched!
I love Dr. Tibbs and his staff. They are always super friendly and caring.
Excellent professionalism by the staff and Dr Tibbs......explained procedures, results,etc.
I love Dr. Tibbs!! He is the only dentist I have ever had that I feel 100% safe with working in my mouth :) He is excellent at what he does and he has the best staff in the world! When I first saw him he had to correct another dentist's mistake and he did an excellent job. I never have any pain or discomfort when he's working on me even when he did an extraction on me. Go see Dr. Tibbs you won't regret it!
I called to come in since I had cut my lower gum & it was extremely sore. Donna was able to get me in right away. I saw the dental hygienist who was very helpful & thorough. I also saw Dr. Tibbs who gave me an oral gel & instructions. Thanks to him, my gum healed quickly & well. It is a pleasure to speak with Donna who is always so helpful & sweet.
Yesterday was my first experiance with Dr. Tibbs and I want to say since I have moved to the local area of Winston-Salem I have been welcomed by the staff with open arms and my experiance with the dentist was relaxing, very pleasent and understood that I did not have alot of money but tried to help the best way he could without pushing any sales. He trully cares for his patients best intrest. I feel better about myself since he fixed my tooth.
