Backordered Products (Wheels) As I'm leaving my review, I see my issue is not original. I was allowed to order a product that I thought was in stock to find out Monday that it was back-ordered with no ETA. That is poor customer service. I like the pricing of the wheels but will be skeptical of ordering anything else that I would need within the upcoming week. The rep was very polite and told me I would get an email with my refund confirmation which I requested. I will update in the speed of the refund. Show more
Dont deal with Ordered products from jegs. Products backordered no ETA canceled order. At they said they did no refund until they say when. No money no parts thanks Jegs.
Warranty Chrome alternator peeling 5months old was told they would send me another one to send old one back in new box waited a week and a half still no new alternator called then was told i have to send the old one back first before they send me the new one or i could buy another one now my car has to sit while i wait for all the parts exchanges what a big inconvenience probly the last time i buy anything from jegs back to summit racing. The worst experience I ever had and I've been married What are the transmission took a long time to get. Sold me a Boss Hog torque converter sold me a Jegs torque two torque converters no transmission I ordered it TCI transmission. Waste of time and energy This is my worse online experience in a very long time. The customer service is terrible the customer service supervisor Josh is rude and unhelpful. There website must of been made with a free service because doesn't function properly, this has been a waste of time and energy.
PowerMaster Powermax Plus and Jegs returns Fitted the starter and the drive gear is slow to return which causes it to drag on the flex plate, called Jegs and they said it was a faulty unit and to return for an exchange which is fine but they want me to pay all shipping costs back to the USA and the return to the UK which does not make it financially viable for me which I suspect they know, so I'm left with a useless starter. Jegs screwed up BIG TIME I ordered a set of headers from jegs and they price matched a competitor. The headers were wrong. So i returned them and told them why. When jegs received the wrong headers back they just took it upon themselves to make an order and send the correct headers. Double dipped my account and caused all kinds of issues. On top of that they originally told me they would price match then went back and charged the original price. Ifjegs does not have what I order theyll just so any dam thing in the Box Yes I plainly talk to a salesperson and ordered what I wanted exactly and since he didn't have it in stock they just oh whatever I can in my Box and ship it to me then they want me to send it back to get my money back before I can get another this is the worst kind of business you can do when you have customers waiting on you
Will never buy from Jegs again. I will sooner go without whatever it is i need than order from Jegs. I spent multiple thousands of dollars on an order, and they royally f-ed just about everything up. Not to mention their order status tracking after the fact is utter garbage. They split orders up into many smaller "invoices" that cannot easily be tracked, and I had to diligently add up all the separate charges on my credit card to find they over charged for some things, and did not include the current sale savings for money o... read more
