One of the best service experiences ever. I was trying to get home to North Carolina after visiting family in Florida over the holidays and was having issues with my Mazda 3 shutting off due to suspected battery issues. One of the best car buying experience We bought a Mazda CX-7 a few days ago and we love it! My family and I was greeted the second we stepped out of our car. Since it was on a Saturday you'd think there would be a wait not at all. The place was busy and our sales guy Chuck was ready to serve us. They made us feel special and wanted. Great Customer Service Ramiro "rams" Perez is great sales man! I have already bought 2 cars from this specific sales man. He knows exactly how to sell anything and make sure you are comfertable. Absolutely wonderful experience. Love the vehicle we got. Excellent service. Wonderful people in all departments. The car is a true joy to drive and my husband, who has health issues, is very comfortable in the pasender seat. Plenty of leg room.

recall repair This dealership is always friendly. At my departure you all gave me a free car wash. I took advantage of it but I believe they were having a bad day as I was there for over an hour. I am wondering about their thoroughness but have gathered that some of the personnel perhaps are perhaps handicapped in some way. I appreciated their efforts though and if this could be true I commend the car wash for giving them jobs. And thank you, for giving me a free car wash which was badly needed.
