New car purchase Ed and Leo worked with me to get the exact car that I wanted that fit mine and my special needs son's criteria. They did their magic with the numbers to get me the most for my trade which had a huge amount of miles on it and got me financed with a lender at a decent finance rate. Ed made sure to walk me through the building and introduce me to the Mazda team(parts, service etc.). I hope to have my Mazda 5 for a while. service your Mazda at a Mazda service center Leo and Greg along with the service employees do a good job at a price that competes with the quick service type store. So why not take your Mazda to the dealer service department?

Overall Experience My overall experience was positive. Sales person was knowledgeable. Good price on trade in. I knew it didn't have blue tooth but believed it had Sirius radio. Got home to find that it did not. Salesman said that the cost to install is $800 but because of the misunderstanding they would split the cost with me. I little irritated that I have to pay any of the cost to install the Sirius radio. I would have held off for a car that already had it installed had I known.

My experience, buying a new Mazda The sales person who helped us was very friendly & courteous. He didn't make us feel rushed. He answered our questions, even when we asked them more than once. We were happy with his assistance.

Service Appointment Greg was able to explain the three items which needed attention at the 15000 mile service appointment. he was very friendly and professional and the appointment was completed in under two hours. the fee seem high for what was done, but everyone knows that the dealerships always charge more than an independent mechanic. I will probably choose to take my car elsewhere for repairs and service depending on what is found at the next check up.

Excellent Service I had the opportunity to speak with Leo on several occasions as I prepared to have my car serviced. Leo was exceptional in helping me explore options for drop-off and pick-up due to my work schedule and the distance I would have to travel. I was provided with upfront calling and pricing prior to work beingh performed, there were no surprises. Service was provided in an efficent and timely manner. Mazda Service I took in my new Mazda 6 for an oil change without an appointment and they took care of me right away. They did the maintenance on the car and updated the sim card for the navigation system which was very much appreciated.
