Good Experience Friendly and helpful people at Jenkins Mazda made for a good car buying experience. I was greeted at the door, and the sales staff was very welcoming. My sales person (Tyler Williams) was very well versed in the make up of the car I was interested in knowing more about. There was no pressure sales, and I was able to clearly think everything over before making a decision.

Excellant Service and Service Writer Leo was outstanding in helping me get my car serviced. He took my information right on time of my appointment and was very knowledgeable of what was needed after the car was serviced. He keep me informed of the progress of the service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service and throughout the service. I would recommend Mazda service to anyone that asks. But I would ask them to deal with Leo he was awesome.

Awesome Service Department Bought a Madza CX-5 in Illinois then wised up and moved south. Worried about finding an honest and reliable dealership for service and maybe a new car. First visit at Jenkins Mazda found extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service reps who actually turned what is normally a chore into a very pleasant experience. If you want first class and friendly service, visit Jenkins Mazda. I will be buying my next car there.

Above and beyond I scheduled an appointment for Monday and was dropping off my car on Saturday because I work out of town. They worked me in and had my car finished in 1 hrs!

Amazing Still waiting but Charles Elder is so nice and explains detail for detail what is going to happen. I came in so nervous, I was literally shkinh, as the time passes I'm not shaking and no so nervous anymore. All the employees here are very nice and welcoming.
