Routine oil Change My experience was outstanding overall. I was received professionally by the service department and offered coffee, donuts and a comfortable seat in the waiting area. All service required was completed in a timely and expeditious fashion. The specifics of my service were reviewed with me upon completion. I would not hesitate to return for future service and will definitely refer my family and friends to the outstanding service department at Jenkins Mazda of Ocala.

Leo Kasper -Service I bought my car in October 2012 in San Antonio,Texas .We moved to Florida in July of 2013.I liked my Dealer in Texas ,but I learned more from Leo today 7/10/15 than I did in all the times at any other Mazda Dealer.He's ordering a part for my car & will call me when it's in.You have a jewel in Leo Kasper.He could teach Manager's a lot.Not only the knowledge of the product,but about how to treat customer's.I had my own business in Texas for 30 yrs. in Texas,& I wish I had known him then.I certainly have hir... read more

even with leaving the car overnight, I'll be back I had a flat tire on the back of my Mazda three this past Saturday, it was after lunchtime and I could not find a spare tire to match the brand on the car. I called Jenkins Mazda who did not have a spare in inventory, they even suggested a couple of other tire dealers, They did not stock the tire either.
