We walked in to just look at a used car, we walked out with a new one. We were looking at the RX-8's. Steve showed us a new one he had on the lot and let us take it for a test drive. He asked us if he could get the price down, if we would be interested in a new one. The manager, I am sorry, not good at remembering names, was very nice. Asked us what our bottom line was, came out with a deal and we walked out with a new car. I really couldn't believe it. They gave us a fair deal and we didn't feel like we were taken.
We had a good experience with this dealer. All of the employees were courteous and helpful. Mr. Carlew took us on a couple of test drives with different autos and the whole transaction was pleasant. Mr. Carlew knew a lot about the cars he was selling and informed us of all the features. He followed us home with the new car and continued to inform us of the many features. I cannot say enough good things about the Jenkins Mazda dealership. Adolfo, Kathy and Randy spent hours and were so patient finding a car and a deal that I could handle. We are very pleased with the team at Jenkins mazda of ocala.Greg Carlew helped find the right vehicle for us that was in our price range.We decided on a 2008 Honda CRV.Which we love!! It is a wonderful car, the car is used but in new condition and very low miles. My initial contact with this dealership was through the internet. Adolfo was very helpful in getting my questions answered and was excellent with his friendly demeanor. This group was just Great! Kathy told us she could put us in a new car with a great deal and she did. James helped us pick out the model that best suited us with the patience of a saint and made sure we were happy. Randy and Kathy worked out the deal so that we could afford to take her home the same day. And David tied up the paper work for the bank. Everyone was smiling and happy, very easy to work with. Very friendly service-very patient while we test drove multiple vehicles. Adolfo provided extra outstanding customer service by demonstrating the power roof of the Miata convertible even after we closed on the RX-8. Very friendly and well thought out dealership with posters and interactive displays. Would like to go there for future purchases.
This is the second car we have purchased from Jenkins Mazda. Each time has been a very pleasant experience for us. The Service Dept is always courteous and friendly. This past Saturday we took our Miata in for service and while we were waiting, we wondered out to look at the newer cars on the lot and met Adolfo Perez Llana who approached us with a big smile and handshake.
