Jenkins Mazda A positive experience. Hux was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and low pressure. He frequently checked on me through the entire process. Ed in the finance department was also courteous and low-key. I will recommend Jenkins Mazda to any of my friends and co-workers who might be in the market for a new vehicle.
New Car purchase problems corrected by the General Manager. GM agreed that the wheels should be changed at no cost. The service department replaced the wheels as agreed to, washed the vehicle and topped off the gas tank.
We came out to Jenkins Mazda, from Deltona, as a result of a phone call and conversation with Thad Szkudlarek of Jenkins Mazda in Ocala. The service provided by Greg and Steve at Jenkins Mazda of Ocala was, as always excellent. They say what they are going to do, do it and charge a fair price. I have all my service on both of my Miatas completed there. This website and feedback process is horrible. I have wasted a great deal of time because of it and completed it only because I wanted to leave positive feedback for Steve and Greg.
I always service my CX9 at this store. I find the service reps to be courteous, professional and knowlegeable. Price is always fair. I have no reson to have my vehicle serviced elsewheres. This service area is always clean and comfortable. Service to my vehicle is always prompt and complete.
Larry was my sales consultant and very friendly from the start. He quickly got our car in to see how much we could get as a trade and had the car ready up front that we wanted to test drive. The car was in excellent condition and they really worked to earn our business. I would recommend them to friends as we received the BEST price anywhere in Florida. We are very happy with our purchase and the entire process went rather smoothly.
I first spoke with Adrian at the Villages Car Show. He was so nice, I decided to take the trip to Ocala to test drive this new Mazda6. On arriving, I met Charlie Perry-Patterson who was very informative about the vehicle and helpful. I test drove the car and decided to sleep on it. He was not pushy. The biggest problem with this dealership is the extra $3k they slap on a high end Mazda6. This is for a few dealership add-ons like wheel locks, 1 year of free oil changes, an unlimited mileage extension of the warranty for the first 3 years ...etc. This gives them lots of room to negotiate down and give the impression of a great deal. Here's a good example: The MSRP on one 2014 Mazda 6 was roughly $27,500, but the Jenkins sticker was over $30,000. It's easy to negotiate a couple thousand off of that inflated price.
