I was contacted by this dealer through an internet sales lead, the email correspondence was polite and right to the point, I was contacted VIA phone shortly after and had a very nice Conversation with Adolfo Blanco and we set an appointment to view some vehicles. Adrian greeted us outside and was most helpful, in seeing us leave there happy. We were not even ready to actually buy anything that day, although we had been looking at different vehicles for several months. With the offer we got we just could not refuse. They went above and beyond both my husband's and my expectations. #1 and tops on the list was they offered to change out the black carpeting to the beige carpet that would matching the seats. I stop at mazda on my way to buy a new ford , met ryan and was introduced to geno they treated me great and i was so very pleased that I bought my car that very moment. i can,t remember a finer experience . congrats to a super team ron boyd ps;;; my last 7 cars were fords

Neil, was friendly and warm upon first contact. He never pushed us to make our decision and yet at the same time had all the information we were looking for to help let us make our own decision. We had a GREAT experience with this dealership! We actually pulled into the lot to look at used cars and they helped us get to a price we could afford and drove off the lot with a brand new Mazda3. They were all very friendly and easy to work with. Made the atomsphere as less stressful as possible. Very very helpful. I would definitely go back to this dealership again and would recommend Neil Schneeweiss to anyone!

We had an awesome experience with this staff. They were low pressure and very friendly and considerate. Treated us like family. Shannon, Adrian, Jerry, and Gary(manager) were wonderful. I am very happy with this dealership. It was so refreshing to be able to shop for a vehicle without the stereotypical games that are sometimes played at dealerships. This was the first time I actually had a pleasant experience at a car dealership in the past 20 plus years. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. They were not obnoxious, rude or condescending bit were friendly, and easy to get along with. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Kathy. She was a great representative for the dealership. Kudos to her. The overall experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Purchased a new vehicle over the phone. I live 300 miles Purchased a new vehicle over the phone. I live 300 miles away and Jenkins had the car I wanted without any of the extra options I didn't want. Basically told them the price I wanted to pay out the door including my trade-in. No real haggling, just one return phone call and the deal was done for the price I wanted. What most impressed me upon visiting the facility was the friendliness and depth of knowledge and willingness to negotiate a fair deal...I am qualified to make this statement because of some poor experiences with other car dealers....we have been Mazda customers for a long time and expect to continue this relationship for many more years.....
