Working with Jenna was top-notch! We are in a different state than the home purchase she was assisting us with. Jenna kept us up-to-date always. The best part was that we had a very short time-frame for getting everything locked down and getting us in the home. Jenna delivered! Although I have labeled that as the best part, I do not want to overlook her great knowledge and contacts - can't get the job done without those. We felt so lucky that our real estate agent put us in touch with her!

Jenna Gray did an amazing job in helping us with our home loan. We had so many obstacles to overcome and just when we thought everything was good to go, something else would pop up. We had all but given up on getting the house we wanted but Jenna remained upbeat and optimistic that we would get into our house. In the end, she was right. Jenna and her team advised us on what to do to obtain a purchase loan. They then worked very quickly to arrange the loan. When the first purchase attempt failed, we quickly found another home to buy. Jena quickly got the paperwork chagned and a new appraisal, allowing us to close in 21 days. Jenna's team was very thorough in obtain the documentation need and answereing the underwriters questions. We were very happy with her service.

Jenna was phenomenal throughout our entire process of buying our new home. She was on top of everything, extremely organized, and very efficient. She was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of buying our home. Not only was she great throughout the process, but even as we are getting letters months afterwards, I have no reservations in giving her a phone call for help or advice. Jenna is fantastic and I would recommend her to anybody.

Jenna is, in a word, EXCEPTIONAL. We recently re-financed through Jenna...a process that because of various issues on our end took over 1 year. Throughout the process she was a consummate professional, dealing with a most cumbersome and unhelpful lender, and a particularly impatient cllent.....and she did it all with an infectiously positive attitude :) We would unequivocally recommend Jenna. I can't imagine there is anyone more qualified than she.
