Jenna is the most "client centric" mortgage professional I have ever worked with. She is responsive even on evenings or weekends via email even, which is unbelievable. She is very efficient, extremely knowledgable, and is on top of things in a way I've never seen before with a mortgage person. I am so glad that my friend Kevin referred to her, and I plan on referring her to everyone I know for their loan needs. This kind of customer service is all too rare these days. I highly endorse Jenna.

Jenna and her team were excellent. The process went very smoothly and very fast. We highly recommend Jenna and her CMG group. The loan application was done very quickly over the phone and was approved right away. We closed in ten days but could have done so in less time. They went through all the paperwork and explained everything. They worked very close with our real estate agent to make sure there were no delays.

We've worked with several brokers in the past but none have been as responsive and professional as Jenna. We had a tight deadline to work with and Jenna came through every time. Where securing a loan with other brokers was always an "ordeal", Jenna made the process seamless. She was extremely helpful throughout and worked hard at getting us the best rate. I must say we were super super stressed about purchasing our new home. Jenna was amazing every step of the way, and helped relieve our stress. She was much more than just our mortgage broker, but our advocate through the entire process with the home builder. Being a first-time home buyer, there were many aspects of the mortgage application procedure that I was unfamiliar with. Jenna was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She got us a very competitive interest rate, was lightning quick in turning around our submissions, and ultimately helped us to close on the property in under 3 weeks after our offer was accepted by the seller.
