Jenna was a pleasure to work with, it was our first experience purchasing a home in the US and was very different to previous experiences. Jenna is a very detail oriented lender and will never let you down. She will do EVERYTHING In her power to make sure your loan process is smooth and stays in close communication with you from start to finish! Great,I'm very thankfull for all the effort jenna put into getting my loan.She walked me all the way threw the process step by step,Since this is my first house, I had no idea how much paperworkwas involved in buying a house "its a lot".But she broke it up in chunks so in reallity it was not bad at all.And explained what the documents were about, since there all in "lawer" terms.I am very pleased with everything she did for me. What can I say about Jenna? I can start with they should have more stars to rate her with. Five stars is just not enough to give her. Working with Jenna was wonderful. Even knowing Jenna was very busy with other clients, she made us feel as if we were her only ones. She is very knowledgeable of the market place and the times at hand. Jenna is by far the most professional mortage broker I had! Jenna took care of our mortgage needs smoothly. We submitted the paperwork she requested, and that's all we did. The rest was done by Jenna. Jenna prepared our transactions far ahead of the time, so we didn't have any "last minute" things we needed to do once the real estate transaction started.
