Jenna is a true proffessional, very knowledgeable in her field. She did a wonderful job when i purchased my home. So when it came time to refi Jenna was my first choice. My refi had many challenges and her diligence made the difference. Jenna was always available to answer any questions or address any of my concerns. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
Jenna worked with us through some bumps in the home buying road, and made everything as straight-forward and simple as possible. She answered every question promptly, and had patience and good humor throughout the process. I would never consider another loan agent -- believe me, we went through our share of terrible loan agents before our real estate agent enthusiastically recommended Jenna.
If I didn't have a good experience with Jenna with my initial mortgage, I wouldn't have asked for her services when I did my home re-finance. She is always patient with me. Which is a big task because I know absolutely nothing about the process of closing on mortgages. Thank goodness for her. Jenna was our go to person on our loan. We had mistaking when with an out of state bank , and boy was that a mistake. The out of state bank first approved us, and then when we were in the process of a contract, the bank changed their mind and said it would not go through underwriting, at this point I was extremely up set...
