Jenna was wonderful to work with. She answered our many questions quickly and thoroughly. As self-employed people, our paperwork wasn't as straightforward as it is for many buyers, and Jenna guided us through the process with aplomb. While we were in contract, there were a couple of last-minute snafus (none of which were Jenna's fault), and Jenna did yeoman's work to help us meet our deadlines.
