This is not an exaggerated review. I’m a 1st time home buyer who needed some guidance throughout the process. Jenna & her team at Guaranteed Rate were fantastic to work with! In the end, convenience and cost are the most important things to me. And this was a very convenient, easy, and smooth process. And when everything was said and done the closing costs and our loan rate was more advantageous that when it started. There were some snags due to Covid but nothing that the team had any control over and they did their best to make everything as easy for us as possible. We actually did two mortgages with Jenna and will do our next one with her too.
