Thank you Jenna and team, it was a wonderful experience working with you. Beside everyone on the team being very responsive and helpful they use the latest technology. Getting documents submitted can be a lot of work however it was so easily accomplished using their secure website. Jenna and her team were amazing. They were always prompt at answering any questions we had, and most of all they were so patient with us as it was our first time buying a house and we were a bit lost. Even on weekends Jenna answered our calls and emails ! The rates are very fair. I higlhy recommend Jenna and her team. No wonder why their reviews are so high!

My husband and I just purchased our first home in Walnut Creek and were shopping around for lenders when we were recommended to Jenna at Guaranteed Rate. Jenna and her team were extremely efficient and answered all of our questions even when it was outside of normal business hours. We closed on time and never had any stress; everything was streamlined and easy! They worked great with our Realtors and provided us with a great rate!
