Jenna was very helpful and responsive during every step of the loan process. I was out of country when most of the closing happened, but didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna communicated everything before I left.

She also expertly answered all my questions about loan options and rates and ran several scenarios for me generating monthly payment amounts. This is our second time purchasing a house with Jenna, and we refinanced with her too. She and Sammy went above and beyond in all aspects of our experience (again). Even after our loan was completed in a timely manner (in a race against our second child making his debut), they were extemely helpful and responsive with my follow up questions. They are knowledgeable, responsive, great customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs any of their services.

Unlike other lenders, they will do their homework first before they give your pre-approval. And when they do, be assured that when you make an offer to a house, they will make it happen and will not fall apart. I have heard a lot of stories about bank loan officers not running your credit and not asking for all then necessary paperwork but will pre-approve you and when they find the house that they want, it falls apart because loan officer did not do their assignment.
