We contacted Jennifer after already being under contract for a hike when we realized our other lender could not provide a very good rate for Jumbo loans. On a very short timeline, Jennifer was able to secure a much better Rate than we expected for a 30 year fixed Jumbo. And the process was pretty easy, all paperwork could be submitted online. She and her team were very responsive. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Guaranteed Rate for new home purchase.
