Jennifer has handled 2 new loans and 2 refinances over the years for us. One of those loans was accomplished on time with very short notice to her. Jennifer, Katie and Scott (and the rest of the team) were so helpful throughout the loan process. We knew very little going into it since this was our first home and we got insightful answers to all of our questions, we got prompt responses and action requests and we felt secure in the process with Guaranteed Rate which was something I didn't think I'd be able to say (since the loan process seemed intimidating).
