I am the listing agent and at no time were my emails answered. The closing was put off for 22 days and I did not receive phone call or email with any information why, the buyer agent said that Freedom Mortgage would not provide the seller with any information as to why it was closing late???? Apparently, Freedom Mortgage dropped the ball and a file sat on someone' desk and was not processed within a timely manner. This is unacceptable! I would not recommend Freedom Mortgage to my clients.

Jennifer was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and was very helpful at all times, especially on the day of closing on our new home. I know that she was very busy and had many other clients she was dealing with who were also closing on the same day, but I felt as if she was totally focused on my case. My wife and I are grateful for that. The overall experience that we had was a bit of a bumpy ride, I mostly attribute that to the pandemic frustration that we are all facing.
