We sent the same requested information as many as 3 times . With technology not sure why the different departments aren?? able to pull up the information once it?? submitted . It seems all information needed for the application would be ask for up front & therefore could be submitted all at once . It seems everyday several times a day we were having to submit information

The amount of paperwork that I had to keep sending in for verification was unnecessary this was my third house I had bought and never been through any amount of that in the previous two houses,The communication throughout the whole process was disconnected from the mortgage officer to underwriting and I never knew what I would need next, the letters regarding distance from employment name change and such I??e never had to do that previously, All parties involved my realtor the closing agent All
