The Jerry Fowler Team at Bank South Mortgage are in comparable in our experience. We have lived in eight houses together and have had at least 10 mortgages. Pervious experiences were all satisfactory but somewhat painful. This time the process of obtaining the mortgage was actually enjoyable. The team at Bank South exhibited the utmost professionalism and at the same time were fun to work with. The Ready Loan app was easy to use and a great way to assimilate documentation.
